Here at The King’s Centre we are delighted to offer on-site catering to meet your every need, be it a fork buffet of mouth-watering salads, or a selection of tasty brunch baps, to suit the event you are hosting. We are happy to customise any of our menus to meet your individual requirements. Please scroll down to view our selection of menus. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Vegetarians are catered for as a matter of course in our menus, but we are happy to make arrangements for any other special dietary requirements too. These should be mentioned when submitting final numbers.

Finger Buffets

Choose from one of our four delicious finger buffet menus or contact Max to create your own bespoke menu.

Sandwich Buffet

A selection of hand-crafted sandwiches made with locally baked molten brown breads served with Kettle crisps (or mixed leaf salad if preferred).

Eastern Buffet

A selection of hand-crafted sandwiches made with locally baked molten brown breads
Crudities and dips: sweet chili dip and cucumber riata
Onion bhajis and vegetable samosas
Kettle crisps (or mixed leaf salad if preferred)

Fork Buffets

Our fork buffets are served with a selection of three seasonal salads and a seasonal potato dish; do talk to our team if you have specific preferences, or if you would like to mix and match.

A tasty nutritious breakfast is a great motivator and a top start to the day! Our Chef offers traditional breakfasts and also a twist of creativity to blow minds as well as taste buds!

Something Sweet

Our chef learnt a love of cooking at a young age from his father who was a pastry chef in Poland; consequently he has a passion for desserts, pastries, cakes and cookies.

Our chef's patisseries can give a beautiful boost to your event and delight your delegates - a great pick-me-up for the afternoon!

Desserts (Minimum order of 10 per dessert)

Our Chef has a extensive repertoire of desserts, so do ask the team if you would like to see full list. His personal favourites include:

Chocolate Cheesecake; Crème Brulée; Lemon Tart; Tarte Framboise;
Sticky Toffee pudding; Seasonal fruit crumble; Chocolate Fudge Pudding

Homemade Cakes

This range includes: Chocolate Fudge Cake; Chocolate Tiffin; Carrot and Walnut Cake; Lemon Drizzle; Flapjacks; Chocolate Brownies

Finish with Fruit

Pack in some fruity flavours along with a boost of vitamins and anti-oxidants.

Fruit Basket

A selection of apples; pears and plums (locally grown when possible); satsuma or clementines; Fairtrade bananas; grapes

Beverages

As it is important to stay hydrated throughout the day, we provide complimentary water for our events.

We also offer the following drinks options: -

Tea and Coffee

Tea, Coffee and Biscuits

Our standard package includes freshly brewed tea and filter coffee, a selection of speciality teas and the option of decaffeinated tea & coffee, served with a selection of biscuits.

If you would like to omit biscuits there will be a reduction in price, or you could upgrade to Homemade Cookies, or Homemade Cake.

Sumptuous Salads

Three salads will be provided as part of the Fork Buffet Menus but they can also be chosen as an accompaniment to the Finger Buffets or Hot Fork Buffets:

Mixed Leaf Salad – with French Dressing
Mexican Salad – mixed beans, peppers, celery and tomato dressing
Greek Salad – feta cheese, olives, tomato, pepper, red onion, cucumber and fresh herbs
Italian Salad – mozzarella, tomato, baby spinach, olives and courgette
Pasta Salad – macaroni, homemade pesto and parmesan
Oriental Salad – stir fry vegetables, noodles and soya sauce dressing
Couscous Salad – couscous, olives, roasted vegetables, fresh herbs and lemon dressing

Working Lunches

Too much to pack into your day to stop for lunch? We can bring lunch to you. Also great for a picnic by the river's edge, for those wanting time outside!

A round of sandwiches, packet of crisps, piece of fruit, homemade tray bake or chocolate bar (add a carton of juice for a small addtional charge)

Baguette Lunch Bag

A filled baguette, packet of crisps, piece of fruit, homemade tray bake or chocolate bar
